Padre

Yesterday before leaving Corpus, we visited the Texas State Aquarium. It was fantastic. In fact, Scott and I thought we both liked it better than the Shedd in Chicago. It's smaller of course, but it has character, not just wall after wall of fish tanks. We also got to see a dolphin show...
One of the biggest hits was getting to touch the stingrays and striped sharks...
They also got to touch hermit crabs and spiney sea urchins...
Today we did the beach most of the day. We've brought them in and cleaned them up a bit for a mid-afternoon rest before dinner! A few pics from the day...

Blessings,

Leslie

We are NOT sick of you! We sure wish we could be there, and hope we don't lose our spot for the future. My dad ended up having heart surgery last week and my brother came in to see him this weekend, so it was good that we were home...BUT we are really missing you all and the beach. Tell Thomas we are sorry he doesn't have the company of boys. Hopefully next summer (if the doctor's guess is right) we'll have 4 boys to add to the fun (we'll know for sure on the 28th). Love you all!
