The social studies teacher just had to share this little tidbit I came across!
The first year I taught, I taught world geography to 9th graders. I made them memorize and take a test on all the states and capitals. I received an angry phone call from the mother of a child who had failed the test. She said,"Just why is it that he has to know all 51 states and capitals anyway?" No, I did not make that story up and sadly this man who is running as president of all 50 (only 50) states just topped it....

I wonder where the missing states are!? I can't find them on our United States placemat. Does he count a state twice if he has visited there more than once? You know I had a dream in which I found his wife to be more on the ball than him. I wonder how many states she has visited. Well, he must have been tired and "mis-spoke." Thanks for sharing.
