Well, Scott stayed up till 1:30 last night mapping out the route and where we would stay each night. He's very excited about this trip. I am too, but there is so much to see and do along the way that I feel a bit overwhelmed. Not to mention packing for me and three kids to be gone for 13 days! Or the fact that all 5 of us will be spending an extraordinary amount of time trapped together in a moving car. Let me show you an example of what happened on our last road trip as a family.......

This scene was apparently caused because Scott wouldn't give her a "full" bottle of water. This continued for about 45 minutes. Years from now, when she's a mom and wanting to tear her hair out because of a strong willed child, I'm going to pass this little photo on to her!
