But, she loved her new clothes and was excited about seeing Mrs. Scamparino! Since it was her first day of her education journey, Scott and I gave her the James Avery schoolhouse charm to wear on her necklace. We'll move it to her charm bracelet later.
We walked Mandy to her class first since Thomas and Grace wanted to be with her.
She was fine until I put her nametag on and mentioned that we would have to go...
Thomas and Grace were so sweet, encouraging her and reminding her that they would be near by...
We then walked Thomas and Grace to their classes. Thomas has Mrs. Almon, who he already adores. I only have a picture of him with his buddy Parker, because he wasn't having any part of me taking his picture with his teacher this year!
Grace has Mrs. Cox, who is perfect for her....
They all had a great first day. Thomas and Grace were hardly in the car before they were asking Mandy about her day. She liked it all except P.E.! She is truly my kid! Thomas said it was better than he thought it was going to be...high praise from a 5th grader. Grace loves her teacher and is glad that one of her best buddies is in the same class.
We are so excited about another great year at Grace Hartman!

Sweet, sweet kids. What a blessings older siblings will be to Mandy this year! I sure wish I could see those Milder babies in the Hartman halls. They have grown up!
