Easter Egg Hunt--Texas Style!!

Yes, I realize I'm a week behind in posting these, but things have been a tad bit crazy around here! Last Thursday we went to Austin for the Legislative Ladies Easter egg hunt on the lawn of the Governor's Mansion. We had a great time! The grounds were beautiful and the whole thing was very elegant and like something out of Southern Living. I had what I've come to call a "Texas Moment" standing there on the lawn watching my kids in their Easter finest hunt eggs in front of the Texas Governor's Mansion. Pretty cool.

All in all, a very fun day. We spent the rest of Easter weekend deciding whether or not we'd like to build a house in Sunnyvale. We decided yes. We go on Saturday to put down our ernest money and pick our lot. We are using the same builder as last time, and are doing our same floor plan, but with several modifications on a much, much bigger lot. We are frantically trying to get our house cleaned out and ready to list. We'll keep you posted on our progress!

Blessings,

Leslie
